Mayday! Obama Mimics Clinton

Former President Bill Clinton gave a speech on September 22, 1993 in hopes of salvaging his disaster of a health care plan -- "Hillarycare". Obama will repeat the Clinton strategy next Wednesday, but obviously hoping for a different result.
